I like your tutus, but do you have other designs?
Yes! What you see here is our online collection (which we will change
seasonally), but we have dozens of other designs including tutus for
weddings, ballet recitals and parties. If you are interested in a custom
design, please contact us at sheabellatutus@yahoo.com.
How do I care for my tutu?
After wearing your tutu, we recommend that you comb the tutu with your
fingers. Embellished tutus need to be spot cleaned. Flowers, ribbons and
sequins may not hold up in a machine wash. Tutus can be ironed on a cool
setting. Hanging your tutu keeps them looking fresh!
Short answer: COMB! FLUFF! WEAR!
How soon will my order SHIP and what are SHIPPING COSTS?
Most of our tutus are ready to twirl and will be shipped the next business
day via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day).
As our tutus are all hand-made, tutus not in stock will ship within ten (10)
days from order placement. (Should any order or delivery delays be
anticipated past 10 days, we will promptly contact you.)
Shipping costs start at $2.99 for single Poof Wands. For tutus,
shipping & handling starts at $ 7.99. Sheabella Tutus is also happy to
work with its customers regarding expedited order requests If you need
your tutu ASAP, please email us at sheabellatutus@yahoo.com BEFORE
placing your order to see if we are able to fulfill your rush order. Rush
shipping and handling costs may apply. All online orders are shipped via
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days). At this time we only ship domestically
and unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tutus may be enclosed in a GIFT BOX & tulle bow for an additional

How do I PAY for my tutu?
We accept Credit Card payments using VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVERY. Online payments are accepted
through PayPal, an easy, secure online payment service. (You do not
need a PayPal Account to pay for your order). A 5% sales tax will be
applied to all orders within/to Maine.
Credit Cards and checks are also accepted through phone orders.

What is your return policy?
Under pre-approved circumstances, we can accommodate an exchange

| Sheabella Tutus are all handmade in Maine! Our tutus are made with the softest, (made in the USA) nylon tulle. This high-quality, lead-free, nylon tulle is inherently flame retardant. Warning: CHOKING HAZARD -- Small Parts. Not for Children Under 3 yrs. Our tutus are made for play and we double-secure all of our embellishments where possible. However, they are considered small parts. If mistreated, tulle,ribbons, elastic, flowers, sequins or pompoms may pose a choking or strangulation hazard. |
